The Mistletoe’s Magic at Cinnamon Coffee House, One World Hotel Petaling Jaya

For those who are looking for a great enchanting Christmas Meals with the widest spreads of delight, Cinnamon Coffee House will be a good choice for one. Starts your buffet spreads with the variety of delights from the Japanese, to Western, Malay and more.

This year, the Japanese Counter will be featuring a variety tempting fresh sashimi and sushis where one can enjoy till the fullest with the generous slices of salmon, tuna and octopus sashimi while the cold seafood counter showcases slipper lobsters, oysters, mussels, prawns and crabs.

As for the hot dishes, one will definite to tempt their selves till the fullest with the delighting Roasted Turkey with Chestnut stuffing, Rib Eye with White Pepper sauce, Mixed Seafood with Saffron Cream, Roasted Lamb with Apple and Pear Chutney accompanied with Cranberry Sauce, Duck Confit with Caramelised Apple Sauce, Seafood Au Gratin and Baked Salmon with Bell Pepper Sauce and Orange Segments.

 

If your appetite is screaming for more, next stop on the list would be the Cheesy Lamb, Spinach and Artichoke Lasagna, Chicken Saltimbocca with Basil Emulsion, Stewed Beef with Cream and Potatoes and Turkey Cordon Bleu with Mushroom Sauce.

Other varieties from their buffet includes dim sum, stir fried dishes, kerabus, satays and grilled item too.

Sweet treats are also the highpoint here for dessert lovers and those who are a child at heart. Led by pastry chef, Syeriff Hafizal, every pastry is intricately crafted and the most well received creations include Yule Log Cake, Minced Pie, Ginger Churros, Cranberry Clafoutis and Passion Meringue Tartlets to name a few…
