Unique Seafood is one of the restaurant which is famed for their fresh and delicious seafood. Offering all kinds of exclusive saltwater and freshwater catches flown in from across the world, the restaurant believes in discovering and delivering the finest, freshest seafood for its customers.  And here we are bringing you with the delicious MIGF menu here.
 
About Chef Lau Yoong
Hailing from Ipoh, Chef Lau Yoong has been working in Unique Seafood Group for more than 15 years. Cooking for as long as he remembers, he favours a simple and elegant culinary style; a perfect fit for enhancing the natural flavours of the restaurant’s fresh produce.

Enjoy the Unique Four Combinations Platter where it is simply delicious. Well plated.
Soup*
Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Chinese Herbs in Coconut 
Love this hearty bowl of soup which is being double boiled till perfection and the soup brings us with the aromatic hint of coconut taste in it. It is just a complete delights to go for the day and is impressively delicious.
Main Course 1
Baked Boston Lobster, French Style
The juicy lobster is completely our favorite of the night. Well baked till perfection with the creamy texture from the cheese topped on top. Below welcoming you with the sweet seafood bites of lobster. This is just heavenly. A perfect indulgence of the day!
Main Course 2*
Pan-Fried Lamb Chop, Mongolian Style
For lamb lover, you can try their pan fried with Lamb Chop. The lamb chop is well prepared and comes with complete juiciness in it.  It brings you with the sweet base of delights which is from the sauce itself.
Main Course 3*
Steamed Scotland Scallop with Minced Garlic and Vermicelli
Enjoy the wonder-licious delights where the dish comes awesomely good and you can pampered yourself with the delicious pluppy scallops. And at the bottom served with the light spicy wonderlicious vermicelli. This is just heavenly.
 
Dessert * 
Pumpkin Pudding
