Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong Presents an Authentic Taste of Korea Dinner Buffet

October 6, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

From 3 October to 20 November 2016, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel and Prince Hotel are pleased to present an authentic Taste of Korea gastronomic showcase. Savour a delicious array of classic and creative Korean dishes during the dinner buffets at Cafe Marco and add@Prince. Each dining guest at Cafe Marco can enjoy free flow of Korean soft drinks, juices, tea and selected beers. Each dining guest at add@Prince may add $98 per person to enjoy free flow of Korean drinks, including Korean soju.

Korean cuisine is hugely popular around the world. To offer guests a truly authentic gourmet experience, all ingredients are directly imported from Korea. Kimchi is synonymous with Korea’s culinary culture and plays a vital role in every Korean meal. The chefs of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong meticulously prepare 14 kinds of delicious kimchi, including Turnip kimchi, Kimchi squid, Seasonal lotus root, Eggplant namul and Spinach namul, all richly seasoned with garlic, garlic chives, ginger, onion, chili powder and mushrooms.

A remarkable variety of Korean grilled dishes will be served at live cooking stations including L.A. Galbi Gui (Korean beef ribs), Pork belly and Beef tongue. Another famed Korean classic, Bibimbap, will be made a la minute with beef, mushroom, kimchi, Korean rice cake and other fresh ingredients. Korean style beef tartar and Raw & boiled fish with hot chili sauce and wasabi sauce are among the delicious appetisers. Popular hot dishes include Korean chicken ginseng soup and Chicken candy with cheese, Broiled pork spare rib in Korean traditional style and Korean seafood piccata.
Finish off your meal with some classic Korean sweet treats, such as Korean ginseng & red dates and Korean ginger tea jelly, together with creative desserts like Purple sweet potato cheesecake. Korean green tea custard cream toast and Baked Korea kimchi tart, which are exclusively served on the dessert counters at add@Prince, are mouth-wateringly innovative.

The Korean buffets are available from 3 October to 20 November 2016 at Cafe Marco and add@Prince restaurants. Indulge in Taste of Korea Dinner Buffet and enjoy shopping for Korean products including soup, seasoning, vermicelli and more. Children aged 3-8 years are entitled to a complimentary dinner buffet*, while children aged 9-11 years can enjoy a 50% discount*. Grab a seat with your family and friends for this captivating Korean feast!

*This offer is applicable to a minimum of two paying adult guests / Maximum two children can enjoy the offer per table.
