EMPEROR OF SEASHELLS AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT ONE WORLD HOTEL, PETALING JAYA

Having opened 2007, Zuan Yuan Chinese restaurant have made their reputable mark through serving authentic Cantonese cuisine in style. Complimenting their standards, everything is prepared diligently.

Introducing a promotional menu comprising 5 exquisite a la carte abalone items, Master Chef Koh will be showcasing the “emperor of seashells” from October 1st onwards. Fans of this highly-prized ingredient will be in awe by the various interpretations of this nutrient-rich delicacy.
For a hint of luxury, try the Deep Fried Crispy Abalone accompanied with Grilled Hokkaido Scallop drizzled with Teriyaki Sauce. The Braised Abalone with Fried Fish Maw, Morel Mushroom and Black Truffle will make your heart and stomach flutter.

Other alternatives include the Double Boiled Abalone Soup with Dried Scallop and Korean Black Garlic, Stir Fried Shredded Abalone with Egg, Crab Meat and Bean Sprout, and Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber with Pumpkin Sauce.
Just when you thought the meal couldn’t get any better, the decadent dessert tempts! The Combination of Durian Spring Roll, Pancake and Ice Cream is highly recommended and the homemade “To Fu Hua” with Caramelised Ginger Sugar Syrup is worth the cheat day.
