This brand-new “Purple and Quinoa Seductions” Afternoon Tea buffet offers more than 10 different Japanese Purple potato and quinoa specialties ranging from appetizers, snacks and desserts. 3 highly recommended appetizers are Purple Potato and Crabmeat Salad with Quinoa, Pumpkin and Quinoa Salad and Fresh Fruit and Aloe Salad with Quinoa, these refreshing appetizers featuring light flavours are perfectly fit for health-oriented patrons. If you love tangy food, do not miss Roasted Chicken Wings with Purple Potato and Quinoa Sauce and Purple Potato and Quinoa Hash Brown. The former possesses crunchy skin with meaty tanginess, while the latter is cut in bite-sized piece and full of strong fragrance of purple potato, both of their exquisite flavours are sure to impress you.
