Oranges is known as a good source for vitamin C with the benefits of antioxidant protection and boosting an immune system. As well as carrots, the rocket leaves also contain high vitamin A which supports good vision, skin health and also support the immune system. Aromatic, pungent and spicy, ginger adds a special flavor and zest to your dish. It can not only be warming on a cold day, but can help promote healthy sweating, which is often helpful during colds and flu.
