Xin Cuisine is showcasing delicious fresh water prawn delicacies throughout August.

Prawns are part of the crustacean family. It is usually cooked for a very short time to maintain the flavour and freshness of seafood. At Xin, guests may choose from wok-fried egg noodles with tiger prawn, steamed tiger prawn with ginger and egg white or tiger prawn with glass noodles and Chinese wine in claypot. Only fresh ingredients are used to whip up all these mouth-watering delicacies.

Have it on its own or together with other side dishes. For each dish, diners are charged at RM12.00 nett per 100 gm. Available for lunch and dinner.
