Sign up NOW for Challenges Buddy Day – Run and Walk for Friendship 2016.

August 2, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

It all started in 2015: when Challenges Media had an idea: to use an accessible, affordable sport like running to create a supportive, encouraging and empowering environment for persons with disabilities.

One year later, Not only has Challenges Buddy Day – Run & Walk for Friendship 2016 provided a way for often reclusive people with special needs to do some exercise outdoors and mingle with their peers, it has given them a vehicle to integrate into mainstream society.

A good way to help Persons with Disabilities get a taste of what it is like to run outdoors, is to Join Challenges Buddy Day – Run & Walk for Friendship 2016 on 21st August at Dataran DBKL, Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur.

Like you and I, they want to be able to make friends. Persons with disabilities want to participate in the mainstream of society and join in recreational and sporting activities with their peers.

Brickfields Asia College together with Challenges Media is ready to welcome more participants to this special day.

I am pleased to attach press release and poster on Challenges Buddy Day – Run & Walk for Friendship 2016.

Take this opportunity to connect with your loved ones by signing up to this wonderful cause. More importantly, lets Step up for Inclusion.

PLEASE HELP SHARE THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA – SHARE TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS TOO.

Challenges Buddy Day – Run and Walk for Friendship 2016 is presented by Brickfields Asia College (BAC), supported by the Make It Right Movement (MIRM), The Kuala Lumpur City Council (DBKL), Federal Territory Amateur Athletic Association (FTAA), KL Car Free Morning, KPJ Healthcare Berhad, Allianz Malaysia, Nestle Milo, 100PLUS, Munchys, OYO Rooms, Arogya Holistic Centre, Mydin & MBG Fruit Shop.
