Mango Mania Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet at Cafe Marco, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

August 30, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Tropical, sweet and aromatic, mango is a true natural delicacy. Mango lovers are in for a treat during September and October as Cafe Marco proudly presents a sumptuous Mango Mania Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel. Each guest can also enjoy a complimentary fresh mango drink.

Our talented Pastry Chef Patrick See has created a selection of delectable mango desserts. Highlights include the exotic tropical Coconut mango sago pudding and Mango cheesecake, an irresistible concoction of creamy cheese cake generously topped with freshly made mango fruit paste. The Mango egg white swiss roll delivers the smoothness and lightness of egg-white cake with juicy fresh mango. Other must-try dessert specialties on the buffet table include Mango napoleon, Caramel mango, Strawberry mango yoghurt terrine and Mango with coconut cream and pomelo.

All mango delicacies are freshly made in-house for the finest and freshest mango experience. The Mango Mania Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet will be served at Cafe Marco from 1 September to 31 October 2016.
