A delicious Mooncake Indulgence at Dynasty Restaurant @ Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel

August 25, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival with the handcrafted traditional mooncake here at Dynasty Restaurant. And this year, they comes up with 14 types of baked and snow skin mooncakes using the pure and natural ingredients.

From the traditional selection, they comes with the low sugar series where it is more healthy and less sweet. Choices includes the Assorted nuts and seeds, pandan lotus paste with single egg yolk, white lotus paste with single salted egg yolk, Bamboo Charcoal Green Tea with Black Sesame , Shanghai Lotus paste with Single Yolk , White Lotus Paste and Red Bean Paste. And for this year, Renaissance comes up with their new varieties which is not to be missed which is the Bamboo Charcoal Green Tea Black Sesame. It is indeed a great indulgence and for me I love their Shanghai Lotus Paste with Single Yolk, and their Bamboo Charcoal Green Tea Black Sesame.

The Bamboo Charcoal Green Tea Black Sesame comes pretty unique where the green tea and black sesame can be well mix together bringing you a fragrant blend of green tea in it.  The Shanghai Lotus Paste with Single Yolk is one of a good ones too here and I love the flaky skin of the mooncake.

Moving to snow skin, they comes with 7 choices of mooncakes. The 7 choices of mooncakes includes the Durian Paste, Coffee Paste with Marshmallow and nuts, Corn Paste with Raisin, Osmathus Paste with Dates, Yam Paste with Single Egg Yolk, White and black Chocolate Paste with Mixed Nuts, and also the Black Sesame Paste with Green Tea. My eyes is basically eye-ing on the coffee paste with marshmallow and nuts for sure where it is pretty unique in presentation. Taste wise is really good where the coffee paste comes with the light bitterness of coffee and it is well compliments with the sweet marsh-mellow making it a balance in taste.

And not just that, the packaging in Renaissance comes simply beautiful and it is indeed an ideal gift for business associates, family and friends. These mooncakes are well packaged in signature premium boxes and it is priced at RM 138 nett per box with any choices of 4 pieces of traditional mooncake or 6 pieces of mini snow skin mooncakes.

And not just that, they offer a free delivery to one (1) location within 5km radius of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel for purchase of 20 box and above. Additional charges apply for location outside 5km radius.  Receive RM 10 voucher (valid 3 months) for every Rm 100 spent on Mooncakes to be utilized at Dynasty Restaurant only. Get 25% discount on all pre-paid orders minimum 10 boxes before 15 August for pick up between 1 to 15 September 2016.
