Jeju Korean Beef (Hanwoo) will absolutely be the hero highlight of our Dinner Buffet at Café Aficionado starting from 18th July. Hanwoo is one of the most premium dishes among Korean cuisine, and has gained huge popularity over Asia with its rich meat flavour and tender – chewy texture. It is graded according to its fat marbling and meat colour, and the Korean favourite Strip Loin and Brisket that we serve are graded at the top highest 1++ and 1+ respectively.
The sizzling à la minute pan-fried Hanwoo and many more delicacies such as, pan-fried Foie Gras, Squid Ink Seafood Pasta and Japanese Matcha Red Bean Roll will surely bring you one of the most mouthwatering dining experience this summer. Brazilian Meat Skewer, Spanish Seafood Paella and Strawberry Swiss Roll will be served as a giant surprise from Fridays to Sundays too!
