Mid-Autumn Celebrations at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong

July 15, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

The Mid-Autumn Festival is fast approaching, and our Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong is pleased to present a  selection of exquisitely-crafted mooncakes to welcome and celebrate the festivity with family and friends. For sale from 16 July to 13 September 2016. Gift certificates are also available. An attractive 20% discount applies to early bird orders before 10 August 2016.

This year, we are delighted to bring a new flavour to the mooncake selection by introducing the new Mini Pandan Paste with Egg Yolk Mooncakes (HK$580 for 8 pieces per box). The sweet fragrance of pandan comes out from the first bite before the egg yolk coats the mouth in a delightful creaminess, making it a tasty treat during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Inspired by the culture of family reunions in Chinese tradition and the joy of sharing, Man Ho is also pleased to introduce once again its signature 8-inch Royal Supreme, with Ginger, White Lotus Seed Paste and 8 Egg Yolks Mooncake (HK$580 for 1 piece per box), which is ideal to share for 6 to 10 persons. A distinctive combination of ginger and high quality lotus seed caters for those who prefer a light but yet delectable flavour.

Back by popular demand is another favourite, the Mini Traditional White Lotus Seed Paste with Half Egg Yolk Mooncakes (HK$480 for 4 pieces per box). Filled with smooth and decadent white lotus seed paste, the festive delight is baked to perfection in a classic recipe. Each flavour is presented in an elegantly designed gift box with individually wrapped mooncakes to ensure optimum freshness. Collection period for mooncakes is from 1 August to 13 September 2016 at Man Ho Chinese
Restaurant.

* All prices are at nett.
