SAJIAN NOSTALGIA BERSAMA CHEF AT CINNAMON COFFEE HOUSE ONE WORLD HOTEL PETALING JAYA

June 7, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

This month, let us take you on a journey to discover the beauty of Malaysia’s multi-cultural and colourful food heritage. Set taste buds ablaze with myriad of traditional flavours as the chefs of Cinnamon Coffee House unveiled their secret recipes.

The spotlight this year is on stalls and live cooking concept featuring 6 specialty soups to warm up your evening. Tantalising choice picks from the buffet spread includes Kerabu, Spiced Bubur Lambuk, Murtabak, Pasembur, Rendang Minang, Sup Gearbox, Daging Kawah and Pulut Serawa Durian in a local bazaar like setting.

For sweet surprise, sample the Bubur Pengat Pisang, Bubur Nangka and Sago, Ais Cendol, Ais Kacang and don’t leave the table until you had the luscious Baklava, Belgian Waffle, cakes and dainty French pastries such as Caramel Peanut Slice, Apricot Short Cake, Mango Yoghurt, Strawberry Cheese Tartlets and the list is endless.

It took Executive Sous Chef, Saiful Baharin Abdul Wahid, fondly known as Chef Bob two months to finalise the menus and together with his dedicated culinary team, they believe that the passion of cooking will be reflected in the taste of the food presented.

“Emphasis is not only on the varieties offered but quality of dishes as well”, added the master chef. Also included in the buffet spread are eclectic mix of Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Western fare, local hawker delights, mixed grilled items and seafood on ice.

The Sajian Nostalgia Bersama Chef promotion is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm nightly. Prices are RM118.00nett per adult and RM59.00nett per children aged 4 – 12 years old from 27 May to 05 June 2016 and RM158.00nett and RM79.00nett respectively from 06 June to 05 July 2016.

For enquiries or reservations, please call 603 – 7681 1157 or email to [email protected].
