KIZUNA @ PENANG TIMES SQUARE

June 11, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Kizuna has established their second outlet at Times Square mall and we are being inspired by their creative decoration. They have 10 VIP room which are available to cater for private function. And being that we ended in this restaurant.

Ikura Chawanmushi (RM 12.90)
The Ikura chawanmushi is complete with the Japanese style smooth Steamed egg with the salmon roe topping. The chawanmushi is not smooth enough to me.

Buta Kakuni Ramen (RM 21.90)
A disappointment. It is totally different from what we see in the menu as  they have the seaweed with it on the menu and when they serve there is no seaweed. The ramen noodles are being cook with the braised pork belly, assorted vegetable in meat broth. The broth comes too salty to my preference.

Overall the meals ends with disappointment and service is without par. We hope they have more improvement in their food and services.
