Father’s Day Brunch and Dinner Buffet
Schedule something special on 19 June 2016 to express your love to your Dad. Café Renaissance will help out with a lavish brunch and dinner buffet to pamper your Dad and your family’s taste buds. For seafood lovers, umami sashimi, freshly made sushi, Alaska crab legs, poached prawns, mussels and other seasonal seafood will delight your palate, while succulent fresh oysters and steamed live Boston lobsters are the main feature of the night.
Protein-rich specialties at the new Grill Station will surely catch your Dad’s attention, including sizzling Honey and Lemongrass Marinated Prawn, Korean Spice Marinated Beef Short Ribs, Rosemary Marinated Pork Chop and numerous selected prime cuts prepared by our chefs à la minute. Creamy Foie Gras will be available at Grill Station for dinner to whet your appetite.
Other delectable highlights include Roasted Prime Beef Rib, Roasted Rotisserie Chicken with Lemon and Herb and a live Noodle Station with your choice of meats, seafood, vegetables, 5 types of noodles and two flavourful soups for you to mix and match and many more mouthwatering temptations.

Father’s Day Brunch and Dinner buffet are available on 19 June 2016. Brunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., priced at HK$ 338 per adult and HK$ 208 per child. Dinner buffet will be served from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at HK$ 588 per adult and HK$ 388 per child. Prices include a free flow of chilled juices and soft drinks and you can add HK$150 for free flow of selected red and white wines, sparkling wine and draught beer.
