AN EXQUISITE THAI CULINARY COMBINATION OF MANGOES + FLOWERS AT SMOOTH CURRY, PLAZA ATHENEE BANGKOK, A ROYAL MERIDIEN

June 23, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Promotion Leave a Comment

The palate awakens to succulence as the spectacle inspires the eyes. Always innovating new ways to appreciate the rich heritage + myriad possibilities of Thai cuisine, Smooth Curry Thai restaurant’s celebrated Chef Jasvir now highlights the extraordinary culinary synergies between Thailand’s most famous fruit and its lesser-known yet abundant kaleidoscope of edible flowers.

The Mangoes + Flowers special à la carte menu offers:

Spicy Som Tam Mango/Grilled Pork Neck + Deep-fried Mixed Flower, Spicy Green Mango Salad/Chili Jam, Crispy Deep-fried Squid, Northern Style Pork Sausage, Chinese Sausage, Prawns + Mixed Flower, Grilled River Prawn/Mango Relish, Satay Sauce + Deep-fried Mixed Flower, Mixed Flower, Sweet Mango, Avocado and Prawns in Rice Parcel Served with Green Chilli Sauce, and Sticky Rice/Mango in Soft Bun topped/Rose + Aloe Vera Jam.

Available throughout July 2016.  Prices start at just THB 280++.
