5 REASON WHY YOU SHOULD STAY IN SUNWAY HOTEL GEORGETOWN PENANG

June 24, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Hotel, Hotel Review 6 Comments

Sunway Hotel Georgetown, Penang nestled amidst the vibrant city life and heritage charms of Georgetown. Whether you’re travelling for business ore leisure, our 250 hotel rooms and suites offer the perfect place to start and end your day. The hotel located at the busy streets in Georgetown will brings you more fun and enjoyment. And recently; they had come out with the family package room where you can bring your family to enjoy Georgetown and filled more laughter and fun in the town.

AMPLE ROOM SPACE
The family room comes with a double bed and a single bed convenient for us with a small kid. Grace is super excited on the stay where she can enjoy the fun in the room and have her own bed for the night. With the ample room space, it makes the kids can run all over the place and we have no worries of her getting knocked in to anywhere.

SERVICE
The service was superbly good where we have a hassle free check-in and their room service are perfectly tip top. We are well delighted and happy where they had make –up our rooms professionally with greet with a smile. We had requested additional mineral water and they had delivered them in less than 10 minutes which indeed surprise me.

FOOD EVERYWHERE
You can almost eat from morning to night. Just the same road with the hotel; there goes the food heaven; serving you from the best eats of everywhere like Char Koay Teow, Prawn Mee, Laksa and many more. Everything you can find there and they have durian stalls (if you are coming at the right season). But not in hotel of course!. Not enough, they have bak kut teh shop, seafood restaurant, nasi kandar which all are around the walking distance.

– Mum Can we go shopping now? I saw KOMTAR-

SHOPPING MALLS IS JUST WALKING DISTANCE
Walk either to Times Square; or even KOMTAR where they are within walking distance less than 15 minutes’ walk. You can shop till you drop here where they have a few malls nearby with big brands too in Avenue K.

HERITAGE AND MUSEUMS NEARBY
Just along the road, visit their nearby crystal museum; 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Experience the largest crystal museum there. Visit the Indian temple which is just 10 minutes of slow walk from the hotel.  For those who are having the Go Penang pass; get an easy ride from the Indian temple nearby and you can just hop in and hop off the city.

So why wait; book your hotel now and get your lovely escape in the heritage city, Penang. And most of all the family room are huge, comfort and everything is just walking distance. Thats makes thing convenient when you travel with kids.
