THE LANGHAM, HONG KONG INTRODUCES BRIDES-TO-BE A BEAUTY WORKSHOP AND SPA EXPERIENCE BY GUERLAIN

May 19, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Hotel, Hotel News Leave a Comment

The Langham, Hong Kong teams up with Guerlain to debut the perfect bridal beauty and spa experience. Brides-to-be who book a wedding at the hotel from 21 May 2016 until 31 December 2017 will receive a bridal shower including a beauty workshop by Guerlain, and embark on a road to self discovery at the L’Institut de Guerlain.

The three-hour bridal shower is an exclusive offer for future Langham brides and five of her friends to celebrate the upcoming wedding with a personalised beauty workshop held at the Guerlain Beauty centre located in Vita, Harbour City. The professional Guerlain makeup specialists will provide individual beauty tips for approximately an hour and a half, followed by nibbles of The Langham Afternoon Tea with La Petite Robe Noire. The afternoon tea is inspired after a selection of the new Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire makeup collection of colourful scented lipsticks and nail polishes. The bridal party will experience edible shades of style and sophistication expressed through sweet flavours, along with a bottle of champagne to toast to the special occasion.

“Following the great success of our La Petite Robe Noire afternoon tea collaboration with The Langham, Hong Kong, we are excited to work with the hotel once again. We share the same values of unparalleled dedication to luxury and customisation, and hope to deliver an elevated experience for Langham brides,” said Brand General Manager Sincere Yung of Guerlain Hong Kong.

Continuing the beauty regimen, brides-to-be will be presented with a complimentary 45-minute Radiance Facial at the L’Institut de Guerlain. Trained therapists begin with a systematic skin analysis and consultation to build a personal beauty profile to achieve a fresh, clear and radiant complexion. Guerlain crafts each facial in a series of “touches” perfected for unrivalled results with a choice of:

·         Luminous Touch – For sensitive, congested or lacklustre skin, the gentle pressure of the Luminous Touch allows for improved oxygenation of the facial tissue.

·         Exhilarating Touch – For skin that is stressed or fatigued, a firm pressure will relax the features and smooth fine lines, reviving the skin’s natural health.

·         Firming Touch – For skin that has lost its firmness, a deep pressure massage exercises the muscles of the face to stimulate the tissue, restore strength, and enhance the skin’s youthful glow.

Soon-to-be brides who wish to discover their individual beauty secrets that include the Guerlain Méthode, an audacious fusion of traditional techniques, married to the best of science, can purchase any additional treatment at 20 per cent off the regular price.

“A stress-free bride is essential in order to stage a successful wedding. Partnering with Guerlain presents a pampering experience for our brides to be gorgeous inside and out, but more importantly to relax and have some fun before the big day,” said Director of Catering Sharon Lee of The Langham, Hong Kong.

To launch this blissful union, The Langham, Hong Kong will host a Wedding Consultation Day on Saturday, 21 May 2016, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Couples who attend the event held in the hotel ballroom will be given special benefits and privileges, including a chance for a complimentary themed wedding setup. In addition, guests visiting between 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. can enjoy a La Petite Robe Noire Fresh Lip Make-up Service. Guerlain makeup artists will conduct a pop-up workshop to showcase their new lipstick line and share their beauty tips.

The complimentary treatment of the 45-minute Radiance Facial is available per bride for each wedding booked at The Langham, Hong Kong. Advance reservations are required at L’institut de Guerlain located on 7/F, 1 Duddell Street, Central, Hong Kong. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and Guerlain reserves the right to amend without prior notice. Terms and conditions apply.
