May 31, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

With a continued vision to continuously be the forerunner in the hospitality industry, Saujana Hotels & Resorts strengthens its marketing and communication team with the appointment of Mah Yoke May as Director of Marketing Communication. A seasoned marketing and public relations professional with over eight years of industry knowledge, Mah brings to Saujana Hotels & Resorts well-established media relations as well as driving critical communication initiatives and trends in multiple markets.

Mah’s wealth of experience in marketing and public relations emanates from an impressive repertoire of hospitality, property, lifestyle, consumer, and pharmaceutical sectors. In her new role, Mah will be responsible for managing all marketing and communications initiatives for Saujana Hotels & Resorts and driving the property’s global presence.

In addition to Mah’s recent appointment, the team is also extended with Assistant Marketing Communication Manager, Teh Aun Joo, actively playing a supportive role to assist Mah in the various marketing endeavours for the brand. With a forte in developing brand communication content and materials across various communication platforms, as well as deepening engagement among audiences with the brand, Aun Joo joins Saujana’s Marcom from the hospitality arm of public-listed local conglomerate to complete the team.

Saujana Hotels & Resorts (SHR) is the hospitality flagship of the Malaysian owned Peremba Group with key areas of expertise in managing luxury properties, including a 5-star deluxe resort-style hotel and a unique luxury boutique hotel with an award winning luxury spa in Kuala Lumpur.
In addition to the properties – The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur and The Club Saujana Resort Kuala Lumpur – SHR operates a number of F&B dining outlets across the two key hotel properties in Malaysia, fine dining restaurants in the city, a stand-alone deli and a full-fledged catering division. The group also features its very own Wine Collection which is available in all its restaurants and bars.

A member of WorldHotels and Small Luxury Hotels of the World respectively, The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur and The Club Saujana Resort Kuala Lumpur by SHR offers top-notch facilities including extensive dining choices, practical function areas, numerous meeting room options and a host of delightful recreational activities to suit every traveller’s needs.
