“LAMBAIAN SELERA UTARA” BUFFET AT HOTEL ROYAL KUALA LUMPUR

May 18, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Ramadhan is always interesting to me as we are able to try a variety of different style of buffet. Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur brings you with their Northern Cuisine where you can sample their bufet from the four northern states in Malaysia which includes Perlis, Penang, Perak and Kedah.

We had the chance to sample some delectable Ramadhan spread offered by Hotel Royal and you will be amazed with the variety choices of food they have there.
Starts your meal with the variety of appetizers from the variety of pembuka selera where you can enjoy the kerabu isi ayam, kerabu
daging, rojak buah, ulam- ulaman kampong and also the fresh salad. They also have a variety of ikan masin available too in the buffet spread together with vast choices of keropok and jeruk buah buahan.

Don’t miss out their aneka sambal melayu with the spicy-licious sambal melayu from the sambal belacan, to the sambal manga, cincalok, sambal tempoyok , budu and also the sambal kicap.

Moving to the mains they have the Mee Hoon Goreng Udang Keriang, Ayam panggang Kabsah Berjintan, Rendang Tok , Gulai Lemak Ikan Tenggiri & Timun, Sotong Goreng Kunyit Bersayur, Gulai Pisang Muda Tumis Darat Dengan Usang, Pajeri Nenas and more.

Their soup are something not to be missed here which includes the ekor sapi, tulang rawan, bubur lambuk and also the the aneka roti,

Don’t miss out their live station which features the variety of  live delights from the aneka ikan bakar, air asam, cili kicap, goring pisang, mee kari, kambing panggang and many more.

Ends your meal of course with of course the variety  of desserts from the delicious pasteries, agar agar buah, krim caramel, kelu buah, ais kacang, aneka buah buahan , tapai pulut, tapai ubi, kurma and many more.
And during this month, with Kelly Azman to be thost together with his partner and Malaysian celebrity Ani Mayuni will perform during the Ramadhan Berbuka Puasa at ther Makan Makan Coffee House at the Level Mazzanine.
The  “Lambaian Selera Utara” Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM 75 nett per person and RM 32 nett per children and senior citizens. Guests who would enjoy the Ramadhan Buffet at RM 50 nett per person from first week of ramadhan. Guest can purchase vouchers at RM 55 nett per person.
