“Taste of Fusion Abalone” Dinner Buffet showcases a range of Chinese, Western and Japanese abalone cuisines for you to experience the extraordinary taste of abalone. Under the spotlight is Pan-fried Beancurd Sheet Roll stuffed with Abalone, Truffle and Shredded Chicken, it possesses crunchy skin and the diced abalone and shredded chicken inside are perfectly seasoned with Italian truffle sauce which has added an appetizing touch of the dish, bringing you a special way to sample the freshness of abalone. The aromatic and tasty Abalone Fish Fillet Rolled with Prawn Paste and Parma Ham is one of the innovative creations prepared in Chinese style with western ingredients. Topping with the Parma Ham, it demonstrates a hint of refreshing Italian taste by bringing out the oceanic sweetness of abalone and fish meat. Another mouth-watering delight is Deep-fried Abalone with Cheese, which is a blend of abalone, potato and Cheddar cheese. After frying the squashed cheese ball, you will be surprised by the richness and smoothness of the abalone surrounding by the melting cheese. Abalone Roujiamo with Herb Mutton and Abalone Vol-au-vent with Pâté de Foie Gras are our next recommendation. The former is the classical snack in Xian, its strong and distinctive flavour will definitely boost your appetites. While for the latter dish, the sauce of it will sneak up on your taste buds after you had a bite on the vol-au-vent for sure. Don’t forget to sample our palate-delighting Roasted Abalone in Japanese Style. In addition to the above, the meaty and sizzling specialties like Scallops, Prawns and Assorted Skewers are available daily at Grilled Station, promising the freshest dishes for you to relish.
