
The largest culinary extravaganza at Marina Bay Sands, Epicurean Market returns with the fourth edition of Epicurean Market on 12 – 14 August 2016, setting the stage for a celebration of the finest in food, wine and spirits.
Taking place at the vibrant halls of Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 1 (Hall A, B and C), Epicurean Market will offer the world’s diverse flavours through dishes by celebrity chefs and renowned restaurants, gourmet produce and cheese, fine wines, spirits and sake, hand-crafted cocktails, craft beers and more.
Epicurean Market will see all ten celebrity chef restaurants holding court, with appearances from renowned chefs such as the world famous Tetsuya Wakuda and Daniel Boulud, acclaimed Singaporean chef Justin Quek and Los-Angeles based gypsy chef David Myers. Guests can rub shoulders or snap a “selfie” with their culinary idols, and pick up tips from these masters and other experts at over 50 master classes.
