Hailam Kopitiam is being setup back in 1936 in Kuala Pilah where they are popular for their coffee and tea. The restaurant was favoured and patronised by the British and the Negeri Sembilan royalty and here we see the Hailam Kopitiam today.
As for their menu, it comes with loads of variety and alike Old Town and Pappa Rich, you can find from local delights, to western and snacks too.
Hailam Chicken Chop with Original Sauce (RM 17.00)
The most impressive to me that night was the Hailam Chicken Chop with Original Sauce. The chicken is well battered and deep fried till perfection and topped with the tomato base sauce.
