Celebrate Administrative Professionals’ Week at Carousel with a sumptuous lunch from 25 to 29 April. Guests can look forward to seafood thermidor with wild mushrooms, baked salmon Papillote with potatoes, Roma tomatoes and basil and sous-vide poached whole spring chicken with vegetables. With the introduction of the new desserts counter, guests can also enjoy sweet treats such as deconstructed tiramisu, royaltine chocolate mousse with mango compote and a decadent chocolate bar.
In celebration of the occasion, one lucky administrative professional will stand to win the grand prize of S$2,000 cash. Other prizes to be won include a 2D1N weekend staycation at Royal Plaza on Scotts’ Royal Club Premiere Suite with breakfast for two persons worth S$848 and a dinner voucher for four persons worth S$344. The grand draw will be held on Monday, 2 May.
