April is the perfect time for oyster indulgence! Café on M presents you various types of jet-fresh oysters from South Australia to refresh your palate.
We have sourced a range of divine seasonal oysters from Coffin Bay, Smoky Bay and Streaky Bay of South Australia to whet your appetite. These selected oysters are grown in some of the most pristine and unpolluted waters in South Australia, ensuring their fresh and natural flavours. Oysters will be freshly shucked at the live oyster counter daily during our dinner and weekend lunch buffet to provide you with a lavish oyster feast.
Café on M’s South Australia oysters include:
Coffin Bay Oysters – This classic South Australian oyster has been compared to a salty ocean wave breaking onto sweet mineral after tones.
Smoky Bay Oysters – Rich and full-flavoured, slight vegetal notes with a clean, dry finish.
Streaky Bay Oysters – A firm textured flesh with a sharp vegetal salt flavour.
