What a superb enjoyment to enjoy refreshing delights in the hot and humid weather! Starting from April, Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong will serve an array of scrumptious and nutritive mango cuisines for you to indulge in a paradise of mango to get out of the moody atmosphere!

“Mango Fever” Afternoon Tea Buffet incorporates the best quality of seasonal mangoes and ingredients with masterful cooking skills of our chefs, showcases the most tantalizing delicacies for your enjoyment. Two highly recommended appetizers are sweet and fruity Japanese Seaweed Salad with Mango and Smoked Salmon and Lobster Salad with Mango and Cucumber, these appetizing starters are perfectly fit for health-oriented patrons. For hot dishes, Roasted Chicken Vol-au-vent with Mango and Pomelo, Stir-fried Garoupa Fillet with Mango and Garlic and Pita Bread stuffed with Shredded Chicken and Mango are the best selections to tempt your palate, giving you the deep satisfaction with the freshness and richness of mango. What’s more, various tasty mango desserts are also meticulously prepared by our Pastry Chef. The most sought-after desserts must be Mango Mille-feuille and cooked-to-order Mango Soufflé. For the former dessert, the luscious fresh fruit flesh is on top of the custard and the crispy puff pastry;While for the latter one, the soufflé is filled with freshly made mango flesh, gourmets will be addicted to both desserts’ fragrance and sweetness for sure. What’s more, Mango Swiss Cream Roll、Mango Tart、Mango and Fruit Crème brûlée、Mango and Chocolate Mousse Cake and cooked-to-order Pancake are also available to satisfy the appetite of mango dessert aficionados.

Other than the tempting mango delights, we have specially prepared a range of exquisite dishes too. Under the spotlight is live-cooking style Lanzhou Beef Lamian Station. A vast array of noodles, ingredients and soup bases are available for diners’ selection, so that diners can chow down on a bowl of noodles cooked in the most preferred way. Other recommendations are Assorted Sushi and Sushi Rolls, various Salads and a range of seductive sweet tooth’s hot picks, such as Purple Potato and Cherry Mousse Cake, Blueberry Cheesecake, Ice Cream, assorted mini cakes and more are lined up tidily waiting for you to grab.

Apart from the afternoon tea buffet, the luxurious and delectable “Mango Fiesta” Afternoon Tea Set is also exclusively crafted for your enjoyment, a range of an irresistible combination of snacks including Parma Ham with Mango, Lobster Salad with Mango and Cucumber, Smoked Salmon, Cucumber and Mango Sandwiches and Roasted Chicken Vol-au-vent with Mango and Pomelo. The finale of this tea set must be the beautifully-presented Mango Tiramisu, Mango Chocolate Mousse Cake, Mango Macaron, Mango Mille-feuille, Mini Mango Tart and Hokkaido 3.6 Milk Pudding with Mango. To further tantalize your taste buds, “Premium Afternoon Tea Set” is available with a supplement of HK$30 per person only. Patrons may upgrade the tea set to enjoy additional Salmon and Mango Salsa and select Mini Bamboo Charcoal Burger with Wagyu or MOVENPICE ice cream with Waffle on optional basis. Last but not least, signature cocktails are also delicately served for paring with the tea set at HK$20 per glass, making you fully come over with a relaxing afternoon time.
