Lemon Garden Cafe at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur is offering a Norwegian Sustainable Seafood promotion from March 17 to 19.

The initiative is in line with the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability goals, and to set a global standard for culinary social responsibility.
Guest Chef Norwegian Chef Markus Dybwad will give the best of his varied cooking styles to cold-water Norwegian seafood and other sustainably-sourced seafood during the three-day promotion at Lemon Garden Cafe.
Chef Markus has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck in the UK.
He will prepare dishes using Norway’s cold-water sablefish, herring, haddock, cod and Patagonian toothfish.

There will also be Norwegian Steamed Mussels, Yellowtail Tataki with Grilled Lemon Mayonnaise, Snow Crab Salad with Pomelo and Codfish with Coffee Glace, among others.
