THAI CELEBRITY CHEF PETER PITAKWONG BRINGS FUSION COMFORT FOOD TO THE PARK LANE HONG KONG, A PULLMAN HOTEL

The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel is committed to offering global nomads an experiential journey in a world that is also your playground. From 9th – 12th March 2016, the 5 star hotel’s top floor restaurant, Riva and The Deck, will present an exciting culinary tour as internationally acclaimed celebrity chef Peter Pitakwong showcases a tailored cosmopolitian dining experience blending exotic flavours of Thai, eclectic taste of Japan, as well as the sophistication of French fine-dining and also the playfulness of New York style hospitality.

Gourmet fans who long to sample reciples from Chef Pitakwong’s highly successful Hyde & Seek, SMITH and Hotrod from Bangkok, will enjoy his signature dishes including “Hokkaido Oysters under Thai Seasoning”, “’Smoked Pork and Nam Prik Aong”, “Deep Water Scallop with Fish Relish & Melon” and “Northern Larb of Dry-Aged Beef Rib Eye with Cucumber & Mushroom”during his visit. A selection of innovative fusion dishes will also be available to excite your taste buds.

Lunch menu starts at HKD350* per person is and dinner menu starts at HKD600* per person.

Riva and The Deck has been keeping gourmet lovers by bringing top chefs from all around the globe over the past few years. Chef Peter Pitakwong’s visit will mark the restaurant’s last gastronomic event before it transforms into a brand new dining space in the third quarter of 2016.
