SEAFOOD PLATTER ATTRACTION FOR VALENTINE’S DAY

Enjoy a wonderful meal for two or in a group  at Melting Pot Café this Valentine’s Day.

The culinary team at Melting Pot Café has whipped up extensive buffet spread with the  highlight of – Grilled

Seafood Platter. Chefs will present a complete 2-tier set onto the dining table and feast your eyes to the attractive display of grilled slipper lobster, grilled squid, grilled crab, grilled prawns, avocado seafood gratin, black mussel.

Dipping sauces aioli and lemon butter sauce come together.

Western flavours served in the buffet include grilled chicken with basil sauce, pan-fried parrot fish with saffron butter, grilled beef medallion on caramelized onion, lamb stewed with pomery mustard cream sauce and more. Next, the asian flavours like kambing kuzi, oxtail asam pedas, beef kaldereta (braised beef with capsicum, olives and tomato) are highly recommended.

There is a lot more going on at various action stations, so check out pasta and noodles, Chinese section and of
course the desserts buffet galore.
