A new take on tea at Rouge offers a unique Tea Pairing menu with authentic Farmhouse specialties.

It is used not only as a supplement for diet, but appreciated for its health benefits and pairings with hearty down-to-earth farmhouse dishes using freshwater seafood, poultry livestock, seasonal vegetables and ingredients as well as other delicacies. Simon Choi, Executive Chef of Rouge presents a range of authentic farmhouse dishes are uniquely paired with tea to bring out and balance the natural flavours and freshness.
Chef’s Recommendations include Braised Minced Fish with Bean Curd in Fish Soup, Braised Whole Dace Fish stuffed with Glutinous Rice, Crispy Toast with Milk and Pan-fried Shrimp Pancake. Auspicious dishes like Shredded Chicken with Spring Onion and Ginger, Deep-fried Shrimp Toast are also available offering classic taste rarely found in Hong Kong nowadays.
