REGAL AIRPORT HOTEL SPRING BAMBOO SHOOT MENU AT DRAGON INN

Revel in the arrival of bamboo shoots, enjoy a crunchy and juicy seasonal delicacy of the Spring in Dragon Inn. Famous for its high protein content and low calories, bamboo shoots are grown in the spring, so they are best eaten fresh this season.

Shanghai-born Yao Li, Executive Chef of Dragon Inn, presents a range of enchanting Spring Bamboo Shoot dishes exemplifying the characters of Huai Yang cuisine. Some dishes are cooked with a hint of sugary taste that enhances its color, aroma and flavor such as Sliced Pork Belly with Bamboo Shoots, Braised Sea Cucumber with Shrimps Roe and Bamboo Shoots, Steamed Preserved Chicken with Chinese Wine and Bamboo Shoots, Braised Fresh Bamboo Shoots with Yam and Egg White are among the most popular dishes in the menu.
