Our talented chef team gratefully showcase the buffets with an array of Easter savouries as Easter Chocolate Mousse Cake, Traditional Chocolate Eggs, Baked Potato Cake with Cheese and Egg, Deep-fried Quail Egg with Minced Shrimp and much more. The must-have traditional Easter dishes as Irish Lamb Stew and Raisin Cross Bun are also available.
Feast on the dinner buffet with luxury bites of Pan-fried Foie Gras with Black Truffle Sauce and premium Wagyu Sashimi.
