CNY MENU 2016 @ CELESTIAL COURT, SHERATON IMPERIAL KUALA LUMPUR

This year, celebrate your CNY with your piers, family and friends in Celestial Court at Sheraton Imperial this New Lunar Year to feast on a mouth-watering menus. And this year, Celestial Court comes out with the impressive festive menu to pamper yourself.
Executive Chinese Chef Vincent Loo and Dim Sum Chef Ken Liew have gone all out this festive season and whipped up several lavish menus of festive set, a la carte, Yee Sang, dim sum and desserts.
One of the highlight is the Celestial Court Boston Lobster Yu Sheng with Peach (RM50 per 100gm), a lavish platter of sweet lobster meat to goes with the traditional Yee Sang and its classic ingredients. In here, they comes with the impressive sashimi style of yee sang which is pretty impressive. 
Savor the bountiful Thick Broth with Baby Lobster, Shredded Jade Abalone, Dried Scallop and Sea Cucumber (RM58).  The warm hearty soup comes simply delicious and warm. Nice!
The soup is simply unique. Braised Superior Bird’s Nest Broth with Assorted Seafood and Spinach (RM128 per portion) is served with the huge portion of birdnest with the assorted seafood and spinach. 
Braised 20 Head Green Lip Abalone with Goose Web and Sea Cucumber in Superior Brown Sauce (RM120 per portion)
One of the signature here comes with the delicious portion of abalone and together with the chewy sea cucumber. The goose web is simply good. It was gorgeously tender and simply juicy. Awesomely good.
Sauteed Fresh Scallop and Sliced Cuttlefish with Flower Fungus and Gardens Greens in a Spicy Beijing Sauce (RM168– small /RM242 – medium) 
The next seafood dish of Sauteed Fresh Scallop and Sliced Cuttlefish with Flower Fungus and Gardens Greens in a Spicy Beijing Sauce (RM168– small /RM242 – medium) comes awesomely good. The juicy scallops combined with cuttlefish comes awesomely good with the juicy texture with the flavourful bites. The spicy sauce brings up the overall taste and makes it even better. 
 Duo Combination of Tiger King Prawn Deep Fried with Spicy Chili Salt and Sautéed with Sichuan Style (RM138 – small | RM208 – medium)
Love some spicy sensation, try the Duo Combination of Tiger King Prawn Deep Fried with Spicy Chili Salt and Sautéed with Sichuan Style (RM138 – small | RM208 – medium). The Sichuan sauce was piquant and simply addictive. Prawns remains fresh and good and every mouthful is double thumbs up!
Braised Authentic E-Fu Noodle with Seafood, Dried Oyster and Bean Sprout in Abalone Sauce.
Comes awesomely good, the e fu noodles is served with the generous portion of seafood like dried oysters, fish meat, prawns and more. Awesomely good and every mouthful is perfectly good and well absorb with the Abalone Sauce. 
Double Boiled Bird Nest with Red Dates, Sweet Pear, White Ginseng and Snow Fungus
Ends your meal of course with the awesomely good and it is indeed a lavish ending. One can also benefit from the bird nest with its collagen benefit.
Celestial Court is open for lunch from 12noon to 2.30pmm Mondays to Saturdays. On Sundays and Public Holidays, Dim Sum Bruch is served from 10.30am to 2.30pm. Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily. Book your table by contacting 03 2727 9900 ext. 6933 or email [email protected].
