Celebrate Goût de France at legendary Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s pied-a-terre in Hong Kong on 21 March 2016. Located on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, two Michelin-starred signature restaurant Pierre will offer a menu that highlights the best in French gastronomy for one night only.

Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Chef de Cuisine Jean-Denis Le Bras will showcase their extraordinary creative talent with a five-course menu in which each dish will incorporate exquisite seasonal ingredients from France. Some of the highlighted dishes include grilled scallops with veil of cuttlefish, celeriac and mousseline of broccoli with horseradish and quinoa and Dover sole meunière, stuffed with fondue of spinach and Paris mushrooms in champagne sauce. The menu will be available for lunch and dinner on 21 March 2016 at HKD998* per person, alongside Pierre’s seasonal à la carte menu.
