TIME TO WARM UP WITH NOURISHING SOUPS! AT CAFÉ ON M

January 5, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

There are few better ways to warm up on a cold day. With this in mind, our professional culinary team has prepared the double-boiled soups at our daily dinner buffet on a rotation, a traditional Chinese way to keep chills at bay.

The savoury double-boiled soups feature rich ingredients that are said to be highly nutritional, while the herbal ingredients help with blood circulation.

• Double-boiled soup with sea conch, fish maw and cordyceps flowers
• Double-boiled soup with sea cucumber, pork shank and date

Not to be missed an array of tantalising delicacies including the jet-fresh Boston lobsters and freshly shucked Australian oysters (dinner buffet only), assorted Japanese sashimi, oven-roasted suckling pig, Häagen-Dazs ice cream and an enticing array of desserts.

Available from now until February 29, 2016.
For enquiries or reservations, please call Café on M at (852) 2731 2860.
