Having imported the finest seasonal game from Europe such as wild duck, boar and pheasant, Mistral’s culinary team has created an array of succulent game dishes in celebration of game season. Game dishes are rich and flavoursome, definitely the traditional delicacies not to be missed this winter!

• Tagliatelle with red wine and braised wild boar and porcini mushrooms
• Braised wild duck ravioli with Fontina fondue and toasted pine nuts
• Pan roasted pheasant breast with potato gratin and caramelized red onion
