Located inside the KLGCC, China Treasures brings you with the classical Chinese ambience. There are five private rooms that seat between 8 to 24 people per room and these are suitable for corporate dining as well as more intimate dinners.
Fresh Norwegian Yee Sang
Comes with the fresh ingredients and in here it is being served in a traditional way. I love how the yee sang is being served where every mouthful comes with the sweet and sour blend and also the crackers come simply crunchy.
Crispy Roasted Chicken with Szechuan Pepper Hot Sauce
Well roasted till perfection leaving you with the crunchy bites of the skin and the tender meat. Comes with the hint of light peppery hot sauce.
Steamed Live Australian Perch Fish
Well steamed and pretty traditional with just soy sauce and some scallions on top. The perch fish comes awesomely good with the velvety smooth and flaky meat. The fish comes simply sweet and good.
Stir Fry Crystal Prawns with Honey Pepper Sauce.
The huge prawns are being stir fried till perfection with the honey pepper sauce with it. It brings you with the nice fragrant taste of the sauce where you can get the taste of light pepper taste with the sweet hint in it. The prawns are indeed fresh and sweet.
Braised Sea Moss Oyster Roll with Jade Shell and Garden Green
One of the typical dish to have during Chinese New Year, the Sea Moss are well braised and remains its crunchiness in it and served with the oysters. This is a lovely dish to enjoy especially in Chinese New Year.
