ALICE WILD LUSCIOUS @ CENTRAL HONG KONG

January 13, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review Leave a Comment

During my trip to Hong Kong, we visited the bakery shop by the name of “Alice Wild Luscious” which is open my Hong Kong pop star Leo Ku and his wife Lorraine Chan. It is kinda hard to find the shop as a tourist but we manage to find them via google map and it is indeed a long hard walk there.
Alice Wild Luscious boasts of affordable desserts with fresh ingredients, baked daily in Leo’s own cake factory. The pastry boutique has an array of European and Asian inspired creations, from Green Tea  White Chocolate Dome and Green Apple Chocolate Wafers to the Champagne Serradura Silver Grails.
Green Tea White Chocolate Dome  ($42).
We had the famous cake which is the Green Tea White Chocolate Dome which is amazingly good. The cake comes not too sweet but yet brings you with the aromatic green tea flavours infused in it.
Tofu Ice Cream In Flame (豆腐雪糕)
Another signature is the Tofu Ice cream in flame (豆腐雪糕)  comes awesomely good where the ice cream with lighter flavor of tofu and topped with red sugar and dried osmanthus with it. It is served together with the mysterious dry ice flame.
