Gather your loved ones and friends together for a sumptuous dinner on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day and join in the pre-dinner party where guests may enjoy a glass of complimentary cocktail or house wine upon booking of the restaurant’s specially-crafted 5-course set dinner menu, which offers dishes like 45-day dry aged Linz Heritage striploin; pan-fried halibut with chanterelles, kipfler potatoes and caviar; pumpkin and ricotta wellington with hazelnut, cauliflower and mache. A delectable brunch menu on Christmas Day and Boxing Day brunch is also available, with an assortment of appetisers and desserts as well as a choice of meat and seafood made-to-order main courses.
Don’t miss out on the New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebration where the restaurant will introduce an extravagant semi-buffet dinner with menu including smoked salmon with gravlax, a caviar station, freshly-shucked French oysters, king crab legs and Boston lobster as well as free flow of champagne and house wine, complemented by live DJ music. Alternatively, guests may opt for the sweet and cheese counter and beverages only, which include free flow of champagne and house wine.
