10 at Claymore of Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, has been awarded ‘Best Buffet’ at the Epicurean Star Awards.
Organised by the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), the Epicurean Star Award recognises F&B establishments for their exceptional cuisine and dining experiences.
“The award is testament to the culinary team’s effort to provide outstanding service and cuisine without compromise. This achievement would not have been possible without the staff’s dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to please our guests”, said Mr Craig Syphers, General Manager, Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore.
Now into its 10th year, the Epicurean Star Awards names the best local restaurants against criteria including the restaurant concept, menu, and quality of service. The winning restaurants were picked by a panel of 19 judges, who dined anonymously over a month-long judging period.
Held on 18 November, the Epicurean Star Awards gala dinner was attended by more than 1,000 professionals in the food and beverage industry, as well as Mr Chan Chun Sing, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and secretary-general of the National Trades Union Congress.
