Green Pea Risotto, Olives, Pan-Seared Scallop
Served with Delicate Darjeeling Tea

The lovely plate of delights which comes with the green pea risotto which is slightly blend in taste is well accompanied with the tea itself where it brings up the overall taste. Scallops come pluppy and good. The overall experience on the dish was a great one where the Darjeeling tea brings up the overall taste and it is simply refreshing.

Served with Earl Grey Citrus.

Carefully cured for 24 hours with the earl greay tea, and lemon in it; the salmon comes simply refreshing and delicious. Every mouthful is awesomely good and the taste is as nice as it. Its crispy skin together with the moist, flaky meat is simply awesome. Served together with the refreshing Earl Grey Citrus.

The hearty plate of smoked duck with the fragrant tea smoke blend in it.I love the way it is done especially with the hint of the smoky duck breast. Nice and delicious. Every mouthful is so perfectly done with the infusion of the tea in it.
