REGAL AIRPORT HOTEL: A CHRISTMAS JOURNEY THROUGH FRANCE

Toast to a fabulous festive season ahead, Regal Airport Hotel has prepared all the ingredients to celebrate with you in warmth and bliss. Savour a host of French-inspired Alaskan seafood feast and the “must have” glass of mulled wine at the Goodies House as welcome drink. Visit our night market on Dec 18-20 (5:30pm – 9:00pm) for some last minute Christmas gifts at a wide variety of stalls, from food and wine tasting, live cooking demonstrations to handcraft workshops and charity gifts. Santa Claus will hand out gifts to the children and Christmas carol and drum band will be spreading the love of the holiday season on Dec 24-25.

Café Aficionado will bring you an authentic experience with the “A French Christmas” Alaskan King Crab Dinner Buffet on December 24, 25 and 31. With gourmet stations packed with French specialities and 10 kinds of chilled seafood from around the world including freshly shucked French oysters, Alaskan king crab, bread crab, green lipped mussels and lobster, a variety of Japanese sashimi like urchin, there is also roasted turkey and prime rib of beef at the carving station and 12 flavours of Movenpick to highlight the celebrations. Festive dinner buffets from HK$568 per adult and HK$308 per child / senior.

A five-course French inspired lobster dinner at the The China Coast Bar + Grill on Christmas Eve and Day features appetizers of quinoa and lobster mille feuille with lobster foam and Italian Lobster Ravioli with Basil Mousseline, followed by lobster bisque with wild mushroom cappuccino. The choice of main courses include French-style baked lobster themidor or slow cooked beef cheek with buttered truffle mashed potato or roasted French quail stuffed with chestnut and foie gras. The set is HK$628 per person. Enjoy a 15% early bird discount on buffet and festive set for booking before Dec 18.
