Christmas is fast approaching! Get ready for the fabulous and fun-filled activities with your family and loved ones in this festive season? Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong has prepared a series of sumptuous buffets and entertainment programmes for your enjoyment. Come indulge yourself in the joyful atmosphere of Christmas and New Year’s Eve!
From 24 to 26, and 31 December, the authentic Roasted Christmas Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Honey Glazed Gammon Ham will be available on the buffet table in Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet. In addition, Pan-fried Prawn with Black Truffle Boletus Sauce, Baked Salmon Fillet with Pistachio and Pine Nut in Guava Champagne Cream Sauce and Pan-fried Duck Liver with Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar Sauce are also specially served in the buffet. What’s more, each patron will be offered a complimentary serving of Baked Half Boston Lobster with Mozzarella Cheese during the above-mentioned nights, which is definitely to tempt your palate with the indulgent gastronomic delights.
In celebration of this special festival, a rich selection of fresh and delightful crab delicacies is also available in the buffet. Some of the highlights are Lobster Bisque with Crabmeat in Puff Pastry, Black Truffle and Tomato Crab Cake, Mini Bamboo Charcoal Burger with Wagyu and Crab Leg, Baked Crab Shell with Seared Foie Gras and Singaporean Stir-fried Chili Crab with Peppercorn. Other than crab dishes, 6 kinds of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Sea Whelks and New Zealand Blue Mussels are also severed in Assorted Seafood Platter to satisfy all seafood lovers. Besides the luscious seafood, other hot picks are Grill Counter and Carving Station, the former serves cooked-to-order aromatic specialties, such as Scallops, Prawns and Assorted Sate while Roasted New Zealand Beef Rib and Roasted Lamb Rack will be unlimitedly served at the latter counter. What’s more, assorted Salad, Thai Noodle in Soup and various Curry Delights are also prepared for your temptation.
What’s more, a range of festive desserts like Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Stollen, English Christmas Pudding and cooked-to-order Christmas Molten Chocolate Cake are delicately prepared and sure to leave you in a very merry mood. The buffet also serves MOVENPICK Ice Cream, Banana and Toffee Cheese Tart, Baked Alaska and mini cut cakes for you to finish off the festive meal.
Apart from the dinner buffet, Christmas Lunch Buffet is also delicately served at Park café on 24 and 25 December. New Zealand Oysters and Canadian Snow Crab Legs will be exquisitely added into Assorted Seafood platter, which will be serving 5 types of finest seafood during lunch buffet. Moreover, the serving hour of “Oyster and Seafood” Late Night Buffet on the night of New Year’s Eve will be extended to 1pm for you to have a cheerful countdown party with friends along with a scrumptious delicacies.
How can we celebrate Christmas without Santa Claus? From 24 to 26 December, Santa Claus will come in person to distribute Christmas gifts. During dinner buffet sessions on 24 and 25 December, a clown will conduct magic performance and twist balloons for kids too. On-the-spot lucky draw will also be held in 8 sessions during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, some of the attractive prizes include Dinner Buffet Coupon for 4 persons (valued at HK$1,972), Lunch Buffet Coupon for 2 persons (valued at HK$480) and Tea Set Coupon for 2 persons (valued at HK$427).
On 24 and 25 December, Christmas Dinner Buffets will be served at 2 sessions at Park café from 5:45pm to 8pm and from 8:30pm to 10:45pm, while Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet will be served from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Guests who make reservation with full payment on or before 19 December 2015 will enjoy an exclusive 20% off on lunch and dinner buffets from 24 to 26 December.
