TRAVELLER REVIEWS CONFIRM TRAFALGAR IS SIMPLY THE BEST!

October 28, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Trafalgar, a global leader and pioneer in creating exclusive ‘insider experiences’ for travellers, has embraced a new brand identity themed “Simply the best”, and it’s no empty boast. On the global review site Feefo, Trafalgar received a 97% rating, earning it Gold Status, thanks to travellers naming Trafalgar ‘the best’ across multiple areas, from their Travel Directors and carefully curated itineraries to the insider experiences and stress-free arrangements.

Travellers can read these genuine reviews unedited, in real-time, on Trafalgar’s website, www.trafalgar.com or view guest experiences at #simplytrafalgar, a bold move that underscores the company’s confidence in guest satisfaction.

President of Trafalgar Asia, Nicholas Lim said, “Our goal is to provide the best experience for our guests.  By letting our guests tell their story with the help of technology, all the unedited and uncurated feedback we received has been invaluable in shaping our brand delivery.  This too reaffirms our strengths and prove that our authentic insider approach to every destination give our guests the kind of memorable experiences that they are looking for.”

Lim added, “Constant connectivity allows guests throughout Malaysia to be more discerning while choosing their preferred travel styles or itineraries; by making live reviews possible, potential guests receive the best assurance possible that their holiday investment will be well spent.”

As transparency and honesty are the driving forces behind the positive reviews, the new direction gives added impetus to the release of Trafalgar’s new 2016 travel itineraries, where it showcases over 120 expertly-crafted experiences across Europe alone!

These include:

Iceland (BRAND NEW DESTINATION!) – the frigid landscapes conceal fascinating geographical phenomena such as glaciers, lava formations, geysers and fjords tempered by the warmth of the local people.

Imperial Europe – traverse Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria in this 10-day tour through the historical cities of Prague, Budapest, Vienna and Salzburg.

Italy – experience the vast differences between Rome, Florence and Venice, mixing high-speed travel with centuries-old sights.

Spain – explore the rich cultural heritage of the Andalusian region through three principal cities: Madrid, Saville and Barcelona.
