THE GALACTIC MIGF MENU 2015 @ DYNASTY RESTAURANT, RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR

In this month, MIGF kicks off with their gastronomic menu where participants will comes out with their exclusive menu to serve their patrons. This year, Dynasty Restaurant from Renaisance Kuala Lumpur brings you with their exclusive MIGF menu. Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin added a little individualistic westernism into the preparation of Festival dishes throughout October.

Located on the 1st floor of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel – East Wing, Dynasty Restaurant has a seating capacity of 168 and 3 private dining rooms. From the luminous lantern shaped fixtures to the warm wooden paneling, Dynasty Restaurant is steeped in rich Chinese heritage. Three private rooms are aptly named Happiness, Prosperity and Longevity, capable of fitting 12 and also able to open up to create one large room.

Appetiser: Chilean scallop with garlic sauce, abalone salad & black sesame shrimp bundle
Wine: Carmen Classic Sauvignon Blanc

Started off with the fresh Chilean Scallops which is pan fried till perfection and top with the appetizing garlic sauce on top. Served together with the abalone salad and also the lovely wanton alike black sesame shrimp bundle. The plate is beautifully decorated with the beautiful edible flower with it.

Soup: Lobster & blue ocean treasure with pumpkin essence

The hearty bowl of soup which is packed with the premium blue ocean treasures as well as chunk of lobster meat with it. Simply delicious.

Poached cod fillet, white glutinous rice with crispy suckling skin & pepper fondue
Main Course: Poached cod fillet, white glutinous rice with crispy suckling skin & pepper fondue and Tricolor noodles with crab meat & seafood
Wine: Woodbridge Merlot

The well crafted mains which comes amazingly good and the scrumptious food is complete with the delicious poached cod fillet together with the glutionous rice with the crispy crunchy suckling skin and pepper fondue. The dish is simply beautifully presented where you will be definite to enjoy till the fullest.

Tricolor noodles with crab meat & seafood

The noodles is simply and well done with the tricolours where chef had made the combination of 3 different types of noodles to making them beautiful. Served together with the fresh and sweet shredded crab meat and fresh succulent seafood. Deliciously done.

Dessert: Pandan layer cake, almond crisp & red pitahaya ice cream with bird’s nest

The lovely desserts comes with the colourful desserts where you can enjoy the fragrant pandan layer cake, sweet almond crisp, and finally the creamy red pitahaya ice cream topped with premium bird’s nest.

The Festival Menu is priced at RM228 nett per person (without Wine) and RM278 nett per person (with Wine) as well as RM188 nett for a light Festival Menu without wines consisting of appetizers, soup, choice of one (1) main and dessert for those opting for a quick bite.

Festival diners will also enjoy a host of privileges such as :
* 20% discount on selected Wines and Champagne
* 20% discount on any Beverages with the Festival Menu
* 15% discount on selected cigars with the Festival Menu
* Book more than 6 seats and enjoy 25% discount on the Festival Menu
