
This Autumn, Cheng Long Hang Crab Palace Restaurant in Shanghai will return to Man Wah, the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong with their famed Shanghai hairy crab, allowing guests to enjoy a series of Shanghainese dishes of this seasonal delicacy from 28 October to 30 November 2015. Two representatives from Cheng Long Hang will also be available in Man Wah between 28 October and 8 November 2015 to show guests how they can de-shell a whole crab in less than three minutes.

Guests can sample over 15 Shanghainese hairy crab dishes, including Steamed Whole Hairy Crab (six taels), Chinese Wine Marinated Crab, Pan fried scallop filled with shrimp paste and crabmeat sauce, Stir fried crystal prawn with crabmeat, as well as Crabmeat wonton and chicken in casserole. In addition to the à la carte menu, a six-course lunch and a seven-course dinner menus, priced at HKD728 and HKD1,628 respectively, will also be available throughout the promotion.
