NEW MENU @ XIN CUISINE , CONCORDE KL

Xin Cuisine welcomes their new chef on board and bring us with a delightful cuisine.Being that, we are welcome with the great variety choice of food.

Started off with the Salt Baked Chicken, the chicken is being marinated with salt and baked till perfection. The chicken remains moist and filled with the aromatic herbs which are stuffed in the chicken when they baked the chicken. Nicely done!
CONCORDE KL MOONCAKE
Steam Chicken with Minced Pork Wanton & Chinese Cabbage in Brooth
The chicken is indeed well steam till perfection and it includes the pluppy wanton and cabbage together. Each mouthful comes good with the complete juicy pork wanton and the smooth steam chicken. It is also topped with some herbs and wolfberries which make the brooth sweet.
CONCORDE KL MOONCAKE
Stewed Pork Belly with Special Sauce
The juicy Pork Belly is being stewed till perfection with the chef’s signature sauce. Every mouthful is sinfully good and I love the way it is being prepared.

Braised Pork Ribs with Red Yeast Rice ( with Steamed Bun)
The Braised Pork Ribs is another good one here. It is indeed well braised and you can almost get the fall of bone meat. The meat remains its juiciness and moist. Dipped your ribs and the steamed bun into the red yeast rice sauce and the taste is simply awesome.
CONCORDE KL MOONCAKE
Braised Vegetable with Fermented Beancurd
Not much my favourite but for those who are a fans of fermented beancurd will definitely love it.
