V BAR & LOUNGE OF REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL PRESENTS “A TASTE OF JAPAN” AFTERNOON TEA SET

October 27, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Enjoying “Afternoon Tea” is becoming a common weekend activity for Hongkongers. From time to time, our Executive Chef masterfully crafts different theme menus to excite every guest at V bar & lounge. The restaurant has newly launched “A Taste of Japan” Afternoon Tea Set that comes with three plates of Japanese savoury and sweet delicacies to fulfill your desire on Japanese feast.

Incorporating the authentic ingredients of Japan, this Afternoon Tea Set highlights various exquisite and traditional Japanese snacks. On the top layer, you can find tasty Japanese Maki sushi, Soba Cucumber Cup and Open Faced Sesame Tuna Sandwich. For the next deck, Miso Pork Belly and Teriyaki Beef Roll are tender and juicy while the home-made Japanese sauce further enhances the flavour of the meat. Deep-fried until golden brown, Shrimp Tempura Crispy is an irresistible treat. You will surely be tempted by the fresh shrimp and its crispy texture. Moving down to the desserts, Red Bean Panna Cotta and Japanese Green tea Roll are prepared with the traditional Japanese recipes. The former is creamy but not too sweet while the latter is spongy and with intense green tea flavour. Not to be missed delights also include Black Sesame Cheese Cake, Chestnut Tart and Assorted Praline. All of these sweet assortments will certainly melt your heart and end your afternoon tea perfectly.
