As many opt for healthy meals and beverages today, Hot Gossip at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur has specially crafted ‘Healthy Deli’, ‘Super Smoothies’ and ‘Healthy Fresh Juice’ menus which are popular among diners who look for health benefits in their food and beverage.

A menu available from 11:00am to 8:00pm daily, ‘Healthy Deli’ comprises eggs, salads and soup. With eggs prepared in four styles and priced at RM23 nett per item, the eggs can be enjoyed in ways such as fried with sausages, hash brown, beef strips and grilled tomatoes. If poached eggs are your preference, enjoy them with smoked salmon or turkey or sautéed mushrooms and hollandaise sauce. Fresh from the garden are ‘Spicy Green Salad’, power-packed ‘Eatingwell Power Salad’ and ‘Loaded Spinach Salad’, priced at RM21 nett per bowl. Simmering in the pot is a ‘Soup of the Day’ served with a slice of toast.

From the beverage counter, quench your thirst with six delicious smoothies rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants, priced at RM21 nett per glass. The ‘Banana Berry’ smoothie is a sweet and smooth blend of banana, strawberry, milk, honey and yogurt while the ‘Veggie Boost’ smoothie is a green combination of celery, apple and vanilla smoothie. For a fresh and juicy alternative, the ‘Healthy Fresh Juice’ offers 14 types of fruits and vegetables which can be blended to your preference. Your choices include watermelon, pineapple, red plum, dragon fruit, celery, carrot, apple, orange and more, priced at RM20 nett per glass.

Hot Gossip is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily. For reservations and enquiries, please call                  03 2147 0088.
