SPANISH DELIGHTS @ SHANGHAI RESTAURANT, JW MARIOTT HOTEL

Located on level 1 of the JW Marriott, this restaurant offers authentic Shanghainese cuisine backed by two master chefs with hefty experience that extends to the competitive food scene of Hong Kong. Bringing you with the unique flavours, Shanghai Restaurant is indeed a great place to dine. We are here earlier to savour the “ when east meets west” delights. In Shanghai, I am rather surprised when we are told about the Spanish promotion.

The Double Boiled Fresh Apple Soup with Fermented Black Garlic and Spanish Pork Ribs (RM 59 per person) is simply delicious. The soup comes simply nutritious and packed with the flavourful taste of it. Nicely done.

Braised Spanish Pork In Chinese Red Wine (RM 38/ pax) is something worth to try where its tender, juicy and full of collogen meat comes really good. Yumz

Next served is the Braised Spanish Pork Ribs with Sour Plum. The tender juicy meat is well marinated with their signature sauce, braised till perfection. Every mouthful is divinely good and delicious and it is just heavenly.

We also enjoy one of their Spanish delights in the dim sum set. The steamed Spanish Pork Ribs with Dried Bean (RM 27) comes even better than I expected. Steamed till the meat fall off the bone, the meat comes simply flavourful infused with the Dried Bean taste in it.

We ended wth the Fried Rice with Spanish Ham (RM 67) where the fried rice is well stir fried till super fragrant with the Spanish Ham in it. Nicely stir fried and filled with aroma.

Why not have visit Shanghai for a great Spanish Chinese Delights here before the promotion ends on 20 September 2015.
